About This Role:

The College of Architecture, Planning and Design is seeking an Academic Recruitment Assistant. Employee will support the college Director of Student Recruitment by engaging in the recruitment and enrollment efforts by providing program and admissions information to prospective students, attend in-state and out-of-state recruitment events, assist with prospective student campus visits and train student ambassadors. This position will also serve as office manager for the Office of Student and Academic Service by greeting visitors, answering the main phoneline and ordering office and recruitment supplies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
Strong social and communication skills with the ability to engage and present to others of diverse backgrounds
Experience with MS Office applications, database platforms, and graphic design software
Other Requirements:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, as needed, for programs and activities. Approximately 10% of time will be spent traveling.
