About This Role:

The Project Administrator will provide management, coordination, and support to the Health Promoting University (HPU) initiative at Kansas State University. The Project Administrator will work closely with HPU Executive Leadership Team as well as the full university committee and report directly to the Morrison Family Associate Vice President for Student Well-being/HPU Committee Co-Chair.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree.
One year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by hiring manager.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in public or community health.
Knowledge of health promoting strategies in higher education.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating a large-scale complex project.
Demonstrated skills in a variety of education methods including presentations, training, and small group facilitation.
Knowledge and experience working with a Collective Impact Framework
Experience with data analytics
Proficiency in project management software and office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Project Management software, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think critically, solve problems and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Adaptable to the evolving project priorities
Exercises good judgement and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to meeting project goals.
