Job Description

We are currently looking for a MGR for our Breast Oncology Outpatient Clinic:

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination for all aspects of service delivery in each assigned clinic(s). The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with nurses, department physicians, midlevels, administrators, and staff to provide the highest quality patient care, promoting Total Cancer Care.

III. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree

Master’s Degree Preferred

Degree Field: *B.S.N. required
Note: *OR Completion of B.S.N within 2 years of hire

License(s)/Certification(s) Required:
BCLS
RN License
National Certification (preferred)
Experience Required:
Three years progressive leadership experience in nursing
Preferred: Two (2) yrs experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting
