The Manager, Academic Affairs Operations is a member of the academic affairs operations staff team, and both manages and supports the operational efficiency and business process optimization across all areas of Academic Affairs. They provide leadership in the development and implementation of activities, special projects, and support systems through the use of project management methodologies including business process review and LEAN project management. Provide direction and manage all aspects of implementation of both ongoing (operations) and temporary (project) work within their portfolio.
Requirements
Education: REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree PREFERRED: Master's Degree
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing or leading administrative procedures or processes in a higher education setting, or in a project management role that is preferably within a higher education or nonprofit setting.
Skills/Abilities: Broad knowledge of project management theories and techniques; strong critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills; strong communication skills and experience with online tools such as the Google Suite. Skilled at managing several simultaneous high priority projects.
Salary Description $80,000-$100,000
