To participate in the teaching, curriculum management and educational innovation in the college.

Main accountabilities & expectations
Participate in the work of the Medical Education Center to support and foster innovation in the curricula at the College of Medicine
Participate in teaching and student's supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate Health Profession Education courses and programs.
Achieving excellence in research through publishing in high impact, peer reviewed publications in health profession education
Development and implement Faculty Development Programs

Required Skills
Leadership in teaching, assessment and learning innovation
Experience in Technology Enhanced learning and assessment
Experience in management of medical curriculum
Record in pedagogical research
PhD in Medical or Health Profession Education
Substantial track record of research in Medical/Health Profession Education

Desirable Requirements
Bachelor in Medicine will be an added value
