Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee restroom breaks and snack preparation for children.
  
  
• Assist children with homework.
• Assist teachers in the creation of a positive classroom community.
• Assist in facilitating and integrating hands-on learning activities and experiences.
• Assisting with preparation for and participation in family/school events.
• Develop positive relationships with children and provide them with motivational
  support and guidance.
• Use restorative practices to foster a positive learning environment.
  
  
• Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times.
  
  
• Assist in supervising program field trips.
• Meet regularly with MuncieP3 Program Director and attend staff meetings.
• Practice positive communication with teachers, Program Director, and all support staff.
• Submit all required documentation in a timely fashion.
• Develop and maintain positive family and community relations.
  
  
• Communicate daily with families to ensure continued program partnership.
  
  
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance as required by this position.
  
  
  
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
