Join our dynamic team as the Resident Support Assistant at the Johnson City Family Practice, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our renowned resident program.

Reporting directly to the Resident Coordinator and Program Director, you’ll be the crucial link between our administrative team, Medical/Program Directors, students, faculty, and staff. Your unwavering dedication and exceptional interpersonal skills will be the foundation upon which you build strong relationships and facilitate seamless communication across all stakeholders.

As the Resident Support Assistant, your responsibilities will be as varied as they are impactful. From maintaining confidential materials and assisting with eBucs requisitioning, to managing the Medical/Program Directors’ calendars and coordinating educational activities, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine.

But your role extends far beyond administrative tasks. You’ll be an integral part of the resident recruitment process, ensuring our program attracts the best and brightest talent. By overseeing the resident duty hours and evaluation system, you’ll help shape the educational journey of our future physicians, contributing to their growth and success.

Ability to learn and efficiently assimilate new technologies, hardware, and software into daily functions.
Ability to electronically create, store, edit, and transmit documents and photos in portable document format (pdf).
Ability to gather and compile data for a variety of purposes.
Ability to enter data accurately and to verify the data entry of others.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree;
OR
High School Diploma/GED
Two (2) years of office experience in the business and/or healthcare field.
