The Assessment Resource Center (ARC) is a self-supporting outreach and engagement unit within the
College of Education & Human Development (CEHD). We are an assessment, research, and evaluation
service center with the mission of providing tools for leaders to collect the information they need to
make data-empowered decisions. The ARC has participated in and led a variety of data-collection and
evaluation projects in Missouri and across the nation since the 1930s.

Job Duties:
• Operate high-volume scanning (Scantron) equipment. Scan all documents including exam
answer sheets for MU classroom testing, MU student feedback forms, student achievement test
answer sheets, client surveys, and questionnaires. Design and create scannable documents and
write the record format that allows the scanners to read the documents. Create reports for the
clients from the scanned data.
• Manage and maintain ARC online store, including category and product updates. Liaison with
MU Marketplace staff. Process and ship orders for the ARC online store.
• Provide customer support for ARC online store.
• Provide user support for web applications, including the Network for Educator Effectiveness,
Qualtrics, and the Early Identification System.
• Maintain inventory and organization of ARC’s saleable items. Complete year-end inventory.
• Make a daily trip to the ARC office in Townsend Hall to pick up MU classroom testing and MU
student feedback forms for scanning.
• Other duties as assigned

Shift
40 hours 8:00am - 5pm M-F; Actual work schedule will be set up with the Supervisor of this Position

Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $20 to $24/hour
