Major/Essential Functions

Manage receipt distribution process from inception to delivery, manage pledge reminder distribution process and serve as the primary information resource for gift receipting and pledges.
Assist with allocation and fund maintenance.
Assist with financial reconciliations, reporting and other departmental projects.
Assist with the new fund request process.
Live and promote the shared values of the Texas Tech University System – People First, Integrity, Community, Resilience, and Exemplary Service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to communicate well with both internal and external customers with a high degree of knowledge of accepted standards of courtesy and etiquette. Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple, changing and sometimes conflicting priorities and deadlines. Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of proficiency, accuracy and timeliness. Excellent and creative writing skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience OR combination of education and experience to equal 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications

Business or accounting degree.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.).
