Duties: The Associate Staff, Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics provides coverage at Cleveland Clinic’s Euclid Hospital (18901 Lakeshore Boulevard, Euclid, Ohio 44119). He or she provides comprehensive outpatient medical services for the diagnosis, treatment, and compassionate care of adult patients on an ongoing basis. He or she prevents, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic illnesses, provides routine health screenings, and counsels on lifestyle changes to prevent illness. The Associate Staff, Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics brings to patients an understanding of wellness (disease prevention and the promotion of health), women’s health, substance abuse, and mental health. Weekday and weekend on-call responsibilities and periodic weekend hours as needed. Occasional telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: MD, DO, or foreign equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation or as evidenced by an ECFMG certificate, Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Internal Medicine, and eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio.
Salary: $237,250.00 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
