The Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art at Kansas State University is a cultural hub showcasing regional art while connecting to global perspectives. Accredited by the American Alliance of Museums, the museum upholds high conservation standards and supports research in art from Kansas and the region. What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
One year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager. Educational equivalency means that education and experience may be combined to fulfill the minimum qualifications. Preferred Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in program development, team management, and public engagement.
Experience in Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) is highly desired.
Strong understanding of educational pedagogy, learning styles, and cultural competency.
Experience in grant writing and fundraising for educational initiatives is a plus.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for educational programming is desirable.
Demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills.
Demonstrated excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
