In-Person Tuesdays: 3/25 - 5/27, 6:00pm - 10:00pm
In-Person on SMC campus
This course is a part of the Professional MBA program core curriculum.
Students will continue their study of corporate finance topics that were introduced in Managerial Finance. Special attention will be placed on leasing and mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on techniques of valuation.
- Ph.D. degree in Finance or a closely related field and a recent publication record in the field, OR
- A Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.
Candidates must reside in, and perform all course-related work within the state of California
