The Tutoring & Learning Coordinator (TLC) is a primary campus resource for facilitating and advocating for the coordination and integration of undergraduate and graduate student services. The TLC manages the ConexEd and other platforms (as appropriate) to support faculty/staff with its implementation, training, and scheduling. In particular, the TLC will work closely with the Center for Writing Across the Curriculum (CWAC), Tutoring and Academic Support Center (TASC), Ed Tech, and other Academic departments to establish effective operational and logistical processes, such as self-service scheduling and other opportunities to improve communication, service, and infrastructure in partnership with Academic Success, faculty/staff, and academic programs.

The position requires organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, initiate, and follow-up, resourcefulness, problem solving, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The position also requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently on assignments that are varied and complex.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work in a highly collaborative and culturally diverse environment; to develop effective relationships within the CWAC, TASC and other areas of the College; to participate in campus events and attend workshops and meetings consistent with professional development to meet the changing demands of the position; and to contribute to the mission of the College, which is informed, animated, and expressed through the Catholic, Lasallian, and Liberal Arts traditions.
The position requires a reasonable and consistent full-time work schedule of five days per week during the academic year - either approximately 40 hours per week for 11 months per year.
Education: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree PREFERRED: n/a
Experience: (years required and applicable field of experience): minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support or program coordination role, preferably in a higher education or nonprofit setting.
