Job Function:

The Department of Applied Business Studies at Ball State University has a full-time contract faculty position available for the 2025-2026 academic year. Primary responsibilities include teaching twelve semester hours each fall and spring semester focusing on property management undergraduate courses which may be delivered on campus or online.

Minimum Experience:

Master's degree in real estate management, property management, economics, or a closely related field. Five years of full-time professional experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate property management or similar responsibilites.

Preferred Experience:

C-suite experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate property management; record of successful testing of real estate management or related field; willingness to work with real estate property management industry; effective oral and written communication skills; ability to work cooperatively and interact effectively with faculty and staff to contribute to the strategic plan of the department, college and university
