The University of Louisville Disbursement Services is seeking a Financial Assistant II for Accounts Payable. The Financial Assistant II is responsible for entering invoices, approving payment requests, Bursar requests for student payments and employee & non-employee reimbursements into the ERP Financial System. This position will also interact with both internal and external customers to resolve problems relating to supplier payments and inquires, reconcile supplier statements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enter invoices, straight disbursements and credit memos into the financial system
Research and resolve system rejected invoices
Maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
Assist with Accounts Payable service account
Other duties as assigned
Competencies
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
