About the Department
About NC State Global
As a leading public research university, NC State is dedicated to creating prosperity in the state, across the country and around the world. International collaboration is a critical component of these efforts – enabling shared discovery, innovation and solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Equally important are opportunities for student learning, cultural exchange and preparation for future careers in our interconnected global workplace.

The Office of Global Engagement (“NC State Global”) advances the university’s internationalization efforts through the development and ongoing support of strategic partnerships with institutions abroad and through the provision of critical infrastructure, support services and campus programs here in Raleigh. Our office serves as the primary liaison with international offices at partner universities to expand student/scholar mobility, integrate international perspectives into NC State’s academic programs and create new pathways for research, outreach, and professional development.

The Global Programs Coordinator works closely with the NC State Global leadership team to support institutional linkages, coordinate relevant programming and provide timely and efficient service to NC State faculty seeking new/renewed international agreements to support their work. The Program Coordinator will also collaborate on organizing visits for incoming delegations and reporting for partnership-related activities and impact. This position reports to the Global Partnerships Manager.
