City of Hope is seeking aBiostatistian I to join the department of Biostatistics supporting Lymphoma Research.
As a successful candidate, you will:
· Consults on research projects and collaborates with personnel to apply statistical methods in medical and biological research, particularly in epidemiologic and observational studies.
· Programs statistical analyses using software and prepares summary reports, including data tables and graphics.
· Participates in the design, quality control, and reporting of research protocols at the Medical Center and Beckman Research Institute.
· Assists with database design, development, and monitoring of project schedules and data entry activities.
· Maintains department records and files, and contributes to database system improvements.
· Supports professional growth through educational programs, literature review, and workshops.
Your qualifications should include:
• Master's in statistics, biostatistics, or related field 1 year in biostatistical consulting/analysis

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $38.11 - $59.07 / hour
