Job Summary
The Institutional Effectiveness Program Coordinator provides coordination for assigned programs within the division, special projects, and other initiatives for IE processes, communications, and resources and for IE applications. This position coordinates services and processes pertaining to accreditation, analytics, assessment, data governance, institutional reporting, integrated planning, program planning and evaluation, project management, and survey research.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
COORDINATES SPECIAL PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES: Coordinates program activities within Institutional Effectiveness and with external stakeholders. Coordinates, plans, implements, and monitors projects and initiatives. Prepares documents and supporting materials (e.g., reports, timelines, charters, agendas, action minutes, decisions, etc.). Plans and executes logistics for major meetings and events. Manages mass communications about programs, projects, and processes. Serves as the first point of contact for customers regarding the program, various initiatives, operations, and activities within Institutional Effectiveness.
COORDINATES PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES: Manages standard operating procedures, including inventories, schedules, cycles, and status reports for regularly occurring processes. Coordinates training and maintains training materials. Prepares documents and supporting materials (e.g., graphical depictions, spreadsheets, templates, forms, etc.). Manages the documentation resulting from committees led and/or supported by Institutional Effectiveness. Updates websites published or managed by Institutional Effectiveness. Monitors, responds to, or routes correspondence from IE Resource email accounts.
MAINTAINS PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATIONS: Serves as the first point of contact for applications to customers and division staff. Develops and implements standard operating procedures for managing applications. Troubleshoots and escalates application problems and content errors. Produces basic reports and distributes them to appropriate parties. Manages access control and user permissions. Manages applications' web landing pages.
PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH DIVISION OPERATIONS: Organizes and maintains physical and technology resources for Institutional Effectiveness (e.g., Box, supplies). Assists with planning division meetings. Provides backup administrative support and office reception.
OTHER DUTIES: Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of 1 year experience in a related field
OR
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience in a related field
OR
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with interacting with professionals from a variety of backgrounds and levels. Demonstrated experience assisting with comprehensive, organizational-wide projects or processes. Demonstrated experience supporting a team or committee.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.

Shift: Days; Monday - Friday
Pay Band: B8
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
