Minimum Qualifications
Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Position Summary
The Operations Support Assistant (OSA) will help with any necessary tasks related to the Performing Arts Center (PAC)’s concerts and Box Office operations. The OSA will be responsible, punctual, professional, confident, and work well independently as well as with others. The OSA will report to the Box Office Manager for Box Office work and will report to the PAC Assistant Director for Operations Support shifts. Some nights and weekend work will be needed. Most hours will be scheduled around each event’s particular schedule and needs. Most events are on weekday evenings, along with some weekend performances, although some daytime hours are also possible for event prep.

Works well under pressure
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 20 pounds
Stand for extended periods
Driving as needed to perform job related duties
