Hourly internship with the Adult Education front desk team (must be a currently enrolled ACC student AND have taken Adult Education classes). This position assists Adult Education students with all inquiries via phone, email, livechat, and in-person at our Highland or Eastview campus offices.Job Description:
Description of Duties and Tasks
Assist students with online Adult Education application
Answer student inquires via phone, email, livechat, video conference, and in-person
Navigate various online resources to help students
Knowledge
Intermediate computer skills

Physical Requirements
Work is routinely performed in an office environment.
Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
