Tuesdays: 1/7 - 3/11, 6:00pm - 10:00pm.
3 CU course, In-Person on SMC campus
This course is a part of the Professional MBA program core curriculum.
Students will learn basic corporate finance concepts that influence decision-making strategies in areas of investment, financing and dividend policy. Topics include asset valuation, risk analysis, financial statement analysis, financial planning, capital budgeting, asset management, short- and long-term financing, cost of capital, and capital structure.
- Ph.D. degree in Finance or a closely related field and a recent publication record in the field, OR
- A Master's degree in Finance or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.
