In this role, you will assist with the formulation and analysis of project objectives, implement new or modified procedures to improve business processes, and design analytical dashboards. This position is responsible for analytical dashboard design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. This position will also assist in troubleshooting IT systems and work with OIT developers as needed.

Essential Functions
Interprets and analyzes large datasets to create clear and actionable visualizations and reports to support informed decision making.
Ensures data accuracy by enforcing data governance policies and procedures.
Conducts regular data audits and validations to identifying data discrepancies; work with end users to correct discrepancies.
Develops, designs, tests and maintains interactive dashboards and reports using analytical software tools.
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements to provide technical solutions/process improvements/reporting options/recommendations.
Provides timely ongoing training and support to end-users on data visualization tools, reporting options, data management processes and procedures, etc.
Provides support for the Finance\HR ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) when need and work on data integrations between the ERP and other systems to support business processes.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma + 9 years of experience
Associate’s degree + 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree + 1 years of experience

Scope of Experience: Relevant IT experience to include systems analysis/programming in a business or university setting.
Minimum Skills, License, and Certifications
Minimum Skills and Abilities
Some knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and database designs
Knowledge of applications systems analysis and programming.
Knowledge of troubleshooting, client relations and formulating and contributing ideas
Understanding of business environment or a large university system, including its policies and operating procedures
Knowledge of data analytics and relational databases
Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
Minimum Technology Skills
Computer coding languages and development environment technology dependent on specific project
Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
