Summary

The Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a qualified candidate to see outpatients at the Neurology Clinic at the McNair Campus. Teaching of medical students, residents and fellows will be embedded in clinical care responsibilities.

  • Clinical Responsibilities: Candidate will see adult patients with a primary focus on seeing general neurology patients.

  • Educational Responsibilities: Supervision of neurology residents, medical students, and fellows rotating in the Neurology Clinic At McNair.

  • Research Responsibilities: There may be opportunities to participate in clinical research programs depending upon expertise, interest, training, and available resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must hold an MD, DO, or MD/PhD, and most hold (or be able to obtain) a Texas medical license.

The candidate must have successfully completed residency training in adult neurology in an ACGME-accredited program. The candidate must be board-eligible/board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Applicants who have just completed training will be considered as will applicants with previous clinical experience.
