Summary
The Bobby R. Alford Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery is seeking a full-time Senior Coordinator, Program Management who will contribute to the Department's Education mission by assisting in managing Learners. The Senior Coordinator, Program Management will manage and maintain the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and Texas Medical Board (TMB) approved programs.
Job Duties
- Day to day operations of the educational program.
- Develops schedules.
- Manages recruitment efforts.
- Leading annual program evaluation committee and Clinical Competence Committee meetings alongside Program Directors.
- Maintaining MedHub.
- Scheduling Grand Rounds.
- Participates in onboarding and offboarding of residents and fellows.
- Serves as a liaison for the education program with Undergraduate Medical Education (UME)/Graduate Medical Education (GME)/the Graduate School for Biomedical Sciences/the School of Health Professions/Student Affairs, internal departments, applicable external agencies, or trainees.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with Graduate Medical Education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using social media.
- Excellent writing skills.
