Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Chemistry or related discipline at time of application
Commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship at the undergraduate level
A research plan that is appropriate for a Primarily Undergraduate Institution
Peer-reviewed publication record
Evidence of teaching and/or mentorship experience
Ability to teach courses in general chemistry
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated teaching effectiveness
Excellence in oral and written communication
Ability to teach courses including analytical and environmental chemistry
Postdoctoral research or relevant professional experience
Expertise in an area of environmental chemistry
Research and teaching experience that complements the department
Commitment to creating diverse and inclusive learning experiences
Evidence of cooperation, collaboration, and feedback-initiated growth
