Job Description

The Blackstone LaunchPad program is searching for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team on campus. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and success of our program, providing students with the resources and support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the BLP Campus Director in the execution of all program activities, including events, workshops, boot camps, accelerators, and other initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and skill building

  • Develop and implement creative strategies to effectively engage students and maximize program participation

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to student ventures, providing guidance and inspiration to fuel their entrepreneurial journeys

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement

  • Think outside the box! You will be responsible for innovating and evolving the BLP program to stay at the forefront of entrepreneurship education

  • Actively connect and contribute to the broader BLP network and relevant communities of practice, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices

  • Work collaboratively with the BLP Stewardship Council to secure resources and support marketing and fundraising efforts

  • Build and cultivate relationships with mentors, advisors, and other key stakeholders to further support student entrepreneurs within the institution

  • Demonstrated understanding of CSN, the campus department you will be representing, and an understanding of the business development life cycle process, including the ability to independently locate and connect clients with needed resources

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Experience with virtual meeting technology (e.g., Teams, Zoom)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years experience working with college students

  • Ability too effectively manage time and responsibilities to ensure success in both teaching and program management roles.

Position is contingent upon grant funding
