Position Description:

The Department of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics at the University of Louisville seeks a part-time temporary employee to assist with the grading of materials and participate in discussion boards for the following courses. These courses include Biostatistical methods, Mathematical Statistics and Probability, Research Design, R and SAS programming tools, Categorical Data Analysis, Multivariate Methods, Clinical Trials and mathematical tools required for sound comprehension of probability and mathematical statistics concepts included in methodological portions of coursework in the MS in Biostatistics degree. This individual will assist in the grading of assignments, tests, quizzes and project reports and participate in discussion boards in online courses in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The successful applicant will hold a master's degree or above in Biostatistics or related field.

  • Completion of at least some doctoral work is preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
