Job Function:

Provide supervision of students and assist in the daily routines of the school.

Minimum Education:

2 years of education beyond High School.

Preferred Education:

Some college experience or related degree.

Minimum Experience:

Experience working with children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow the lesson plan left by the teacher in accordance with district's philosophy, goals and objectives.
Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and at the designated times.
Establish and maintain order in the classroom.
Maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, materials, equipment, and facilities.
Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules and administrative regulations.
Other related duties as assigned by the principal.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
