Staff Scientist
Job Description
Summary
The Staff Scientist will support our NIH grant application and NIH-funded research; will provide scientific and technical advices. Responsible for advising research in vascular biology, such as angiogenesis, vascular signaling and developing novel anti-angiogenic therapy. This is a part-time position.
Job Duties
- Project design
- Experimental design
- Result interpretation
- Review and edit grant applications
- Review and edit research reports
- Review and edit manuscripts
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree. Experience may not be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Three years of post doctoral research experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with successfully obtainingNIH grants
- Track record of publications in vascular biology and angiogenesis research
