Project: Accounting support for office organization, accounts payable, 1098-T annual cycle and other transactions as needed. Approved in the FY 2024-25 Annual District Resource Request process.
Project Duration: August 2024-June 2025
Job description: Review vendor statements, sort accounts payable Outlook mailbox, assist with account reconciliations, and clerical functions (this is an example of duties plus additional projects as needed).
