We’re seeking an organized, creative, and innovative professional to fill the role of Program Assistant I, providing essential support to our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of graduate students and contribute to the advancement of higher education.

Job Responsibilities: To provide support to the Assistant Director of the Graduate School in the areas of graduate admissions and student services. This includes processing and support for graduate school applications, forms, faculty inquiries, and degree audits.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of:
Graduate School policies and processes;
Experience with Banner, Image Now, CRM and office computer software preferred and
Customer service practices.

Skill & Ability to:
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills;
Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Handle multiple priorities, sometimes with conflicting deadlines;
Demonstrate strong attention to detail;
Independently manage and prioritize workload and
Maintain website content.
