Job Description
Responsibilities of a Part Time Collision Instructor include but are not limited to:
Lecture and Lab instruction for Autobody/Collision courses
Provide Lab Safety Training
Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes
Provide advisement to students
Some program and or curriculum development may be requested
Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested
Required Qualifications:
ICAR Platinum Certified
5 Years of Collision Repair industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate of Applied Science Degree in Collision Technologies
Knowledge of computer classroom technologies
Experience working with a diverse/multicultural student body and/or workforce
Knowledge in Canvas or other Learning Management Systems
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by course availability.
Schedule: Autobody/Collision courses are taught at the North Las Vegas Campus, in-person and are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend.
Salary: $925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
