Job Description
We are seeking someone with the strategy and implementation background from a consulting firm or strategy group to help us identify and launch new profitable growth opportunities. The candidate must have experience partnering with others to define and design new growth opportunities, research and quantify potential risks and rewards, resolve conflicts, manage progress, and drive profitability.

The position reports to the Vice President of New Educational Ventures, a member of the Senior Leadership team. The role is hybrid.
Essential Duties Summary
Responsibilities
  • Help facilitate data driven strategy conversations
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to help identify areas of opportunity for growth
  • Employ Excel to analyze information and build analytics, other data visualization tools a plus
  • Develop and pilot recommendations
  • Implement programs in collaboration with team members
  • Help transform operational supports to meet growing needs
  • Manage multiple initiatives at different stages of development at a time.
  • Assist in special projects as they arise (e.g., grant writing, research)
Required Qualifications
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree (BA)
  • 3+ years developing and implementing growth strategy in a strategy group or consulting firm
  • Capability to drive multiple independent workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative & qualitative thinking and analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management Software

$70,000 - $85,000
