Job Summary
This position will work in the Office of Institutional Access, Success, and Belonging (ASB) with partners across campus to assist in leading the department in creating and sustaining community-building workforce development initiatives for faculty, staff, and students and Pathway programs for Augusta University. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating ASB programs, workshops, and initiatives.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION: Design, implement, and assess our community-building workforce development programs that enhance civility, self-awareness, and communication skills. Assist in the development of Pathway Programs coordinated by the office. Create and manage a programmatic calendar with ASB and community signature events and campus programs. Serve as a liaison for campus partners to provide collaborative programming and support for major events.
RESOURCE AND EDUCATION: Work with ASB Director and staff team to provide administrative leadership in student and employee recruitment and retention efforts. Stay abreast of national trends, theories, and peer institution efforts; continually seek professional development opportunities. Partner with other departments to create and implement leadership training programs for marginalized students. Use data-driven knowledge to create initiatives that enhance and positively impact the experience and retention of our community.
MANAGEMENT: Collaborate with the Director to develop semester and yearly office goals and outcomes that fall in line with short and long-range strategic planning. Assist with the development of action steps to accomplish office goals in agreement with Department, Division, and University-wide goals and initiatives. Serve on committees and represent the department at university functions as appropriate. Identify leadership development, professional development, and training opportunities for ASB staff.
ASSESSMENT: Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to programming and use to assess participant satisfaction, effectiveness in learning outcomes, attendance, marketing effectiveness, and participant demographics. Develop, implement, and analyze assessments as directed. Develop an assessment plan in conjunction with the Director to evaluate and measure student experiences, successes, and program effectiveness.
OTHER DUTIES: Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 3 years' experience in program planning and project development.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Previous experience with program/project management, conducting training, and/or a background in providing mentorship/career development opportunities for students and scholars.

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Monday- Friday (work outside of normal business hours may be required)
Pay Grade: 17
Salary: Minimum: $44,967/ annually - Midpoint: $60,705/ annually
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
