Summary

Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is seeking a highly qualified physician to join the Division of Obstetric and Gynecologic Hospitalists at the Texas Children's Hospital Pavilion for Women (PFW). This position will also work with TCH Leadership.

Job Duties

  • Responsibilities will be assigned by your Chair and Division Director and may be altered in response to changing Departmental and Division needs.
  • The candidate will be expected to work 12-hour clinical shifts at the Pavilion for Women at Texas Children's Hospital. There will also be an expectation to participate in research and educational activities within the department.
  • All faculty are expected to participate in the educational mission of the College.
  • Candidates must agree to discharge their duties and responsibilities faithfully, to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies.  They shall commit to the performance of their duties and responsibilities the amount of time and effort for which they are employed by the College.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Must have an M.D. degree. Must be Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
  • Required Certification/Licenses/Registration: Unrestricted license to practice medicine from the Texas Medical Board.
