Susquehanna University, a national liberal arts college in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for its next director of Title IX compliance. This is a hybrid leadership role.

Reporting to the assistant vice president for human resources, the director of Title IX compliance assumes the pivotal role of Title IX coordinator, overseeing the response, investigation, and resolution of all reports concerning sex-based discrimination and harassment. Responsibilities will include chairing relevant Title IX committees and collaborating closely with departments such as student life, athletics, the center for academic success, and the advancement office to ensure comprehensive compliance with Title IX regulations. Additionally, the selected candidate will be an integral member of the human resources leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and leadership for university-wide compliance initiatives. The director will supervise one full-time professional supporting case management.
 
Qualifications
A master's degree in a related discipline is a preferred requirement; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, complemented by additional applicable experience may be considered. Candidates should have progressively responsible experience in Title IX compliance, including experience conducting investigations and managing Title IX processes; demonstrated experience in developing and delivering Title IX training programs for faculty, staff, and students; and experience in policy development, crisis management, and data analysis related to Title IX matters. Experience in higher education is preferred.
