Under the direction of the Associate Director, School Financial Operations, this position will provide oversight and support for a subset of School financial business processes including implementation of process improvements, school-wide reporting and analytics, financial operations based projects, and contribute to the efficient functioning of the financial processes and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include providing insight through regular reporting and process reviews, making recommendations and assisting with implementation of improvements, giving guidance and serving as a resource to stakeholders, participating as needed in transactional processing, and assisting in overall support of the purchasing, payroll, and financial systems access functions of the school. This position will lead and participate in various projects, including but not limited to, website updates and maintenance, annual payroll and purchasing functions and processes, and other special projects based on business need.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The preferred candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized team player with a passion for problem-solving and operational process improvement. Strong Excel skills preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The preferred candidate will have experience in working with Penn financial systems, including Workday, Concur, BEN Financials, and Business Objects.

$43,919.00 - $75,000.00 Annual Rate
