Position Description

The Westminster Conservatory Program Coordinator is a full-time, temporary summer position with the Conservatory to manage the summer programs. This person works under the direct supervision of the Westminster Conservatory Summer Program Directors. Summer Program Coordinators are hired to provide support to the various Westminster Conservatory Summer Programs over the summer months from May to August.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Individuals must possess demonstrated excellent skills including: the ability to multitask; organization and attention to detail; communication (verbal and written); ability to problem solve; time management; ability to work well under pressure; solid customer service skills; attention to following specific instructions; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; professionalism at all times
  • Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required
