Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and administrative excellence? Join Dakota State University as a Graduate Registration Specialist II and play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students while contributing to the success of our graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Track academic and program status of graduate students and make appropriate updates in Student Information System.
Process graduate level workshop admissions and registrations.
Complete preliminary and final degree audits for graduate students.
Load course sections, faculty load information, etc. for graduate offerings.
Assist students with registration for graduate courses and programs.
Serve as a resource to Graduate Office staff and faculty.
Collaborate with Registrar’s Office staff to develop and provide training to faculty, coordinators, and college support staff.
Serve as back-up to similar processes for undergraduate offerings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
