Job Summary/Basic Function
Position Summary:
The Director of Admissions: Operations and Processing leads a dynamic team overseeing critical aspects of the admissions process and operations and ensures the seamless flow and accuracy of undergraduate and graduate applications. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to managing the operations staff, residency determination and reclassification for tuition purposes, error reporting, data management, and direct supervision of various admissions processes and personnel.
Required Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education or experience
Three years of relevant experience working in higher education or a related field
Previous experience using Student Information Systems such as Ellucian’s BANNER and CRM technologies
Experience with system integration, operation, and data management.
