The University of North Alabama (AACSB-accredited) invites applications for the Tenure-Track Charles Anderson Eminent Scholar of Business faculty position with a rank of Associate Professor or Professor within the Sanders College of Business and Technology for the 2024 fall semester. Salaries are competitive with other AACSB-accredited institutions. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position has been filled.

Essential Job Duties
This position is one of four endowed chairs in the Sanders College of Business and Technology. The successful candidate appointed to this esteemed role will have a visible leadership role with broad autonomy and strong support in a truly strategic function, with the opportunity to make pivotal decisions made will impact a fine institution prepared to recognize and reward success. Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must possess a doctorate from an accredited institution in one of the following disciplines: Accounting, Computer Information Systems/Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics/Statistics, or a closely-related field. While candidates from all business disciplines are encouraged to apply, priority will be given to those who have demonstrated knowledge and skills to best contribute to teaching and research in our Executive Doctor of Business Administration (EDBA) program. The successful candidate will have evidence of effectiveness in the classroom and a record of producing publications necessary for the college to meet current AACSB International accreditation standards. Also, experience serving on and chairing dissertation committees is a plus.
