Summary

The Department of Pediatrics-Hospital Medicine Division is seeking a highly motivated and competent professional the opportunity to serve as a Senior Coordinator, Business Operations in the department with primary responsibilities for the clinical operations.
and in support of the onboarding functions of faculty. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and smooth running and updating of the Division's website, both Baylor and Texas Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, be a great team player, have strong and proven organizational skills, and a personal drive to be their best.

Job Duties

  • Provides administrative support for PHM Division Chief, Medical Directors.
  • Manages the Division Chief & Directors 'calendars.Scheduling of all recruitment interviews- responsible for scheduling all faculty candidates' interviews, assist with their travel arrangements, their hotel stay and process their reimbursements where applicable.
  • Assists with recruitment in SuccessFactors.
  • Manages tasks related to moonlighting, transitions and supplemental payments.
  • Provides operations support, e.g. Concur & Success Factors to the Manager, Business Operations.
  • Creates web content following Baylor College of Medicine's standards & policies. Manages & updates the website.
  • Assists in scheduling of the Division's weekly meetings - will join other Adm in Team in recording of all meetings' minutes.
  • Assists with QGenda scheduling for the Division.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel.
