Summary

The Department of Congenital Heart Surgery is seeking a manager of research operations to assist with departmental grant operations, budget, pre and post award management and implementation of activities.

Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, supervise, and direct the daily activities of Congenital Heart Surgery research staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and other written research materials.
  • Prepare activity and budget reports for use by the principal investigator (PI).
  • Partner with Chief & TCH department administrator on annual budget.
  • Participate in and represent Congenital Heart Surgery on the Heart Center, Research Operations Team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
