Job Description

Responsibilities*
Support Kellogg Eye Center clinics, research labs, faculty offices and conference room space
Administrative support includes, but not limited to calendar management, meeting scheduling and support, email distribution lists, troubleshooting various system issues and ticket management.
Proficient report management including recording data in reporting systems, process expense reports, EMR reporting, assist with financial and deposit reports.
Facilities Supply Management including facility inventory management, ordering equipment, review delivery packing slips for accuracy, reconcile statement of activity against supply orders.
Physical Space Management including assist manager with onboarding access and equipment needs.
Complete and update Space Surveys and Incident Management Plans for Kellogg Eye Center
Assist with exam room allocation.
Assist manager with review of safety of physical space.
Completes projects and other duties assigned by Clinic Operations and Department leadership.
Required Qualifications*
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Computer skills with Adobe Acrobat
Past record of demonstrated excellent attendance.
Ability to exhibit a professional and positive image when interacting with patients, faculty, and staff.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy complex clinical setting.
Strong communication skills
Understanding of the underlying principles of a theoretical or scientific discipline and the ability to apply those principles in carrying out projects and completing work.
Ability to work with clinicians and fellow staff.
Ability to problem-solve.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
Demonstrated active listening, written, verbal, and information technology skills.
Desired Qualifications*
Prefer an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Access
