Duties:

To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide day to day support for routine tasks and incidents assigned to the Collaboration team

- Support routine tasks and maintenance for Microsoft 365 solutions, Microsoft Exchange 2016, Microsoft SharePoint, Vocera Communication solutions and other affiliated applications

- Troubleshoot moderate to complex issues with Vocera push-to-talk solutions and secure texting

- Collaborate directly with the Information Security and Privacy teams

- Document standards and procedures related to the team

- Ensures requests and projects are completed on time and within scope

- Keeps leadership informed on systems performance and problems

- Act as an escalation path for level I analysts






Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SharePoint

- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task

- Demonstrate effective problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills

- Demonstrated ability working in a team environment

- Demonstrated ability to manage a project including the development of a scope, documentation of deliverables and service level agreements
