The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) seeks a talented and innovative System Design and Implementation Specialist for our groundbreaking project, "Enhancing Programming Course Outcomes through Gamification and AI-driven Personalized Learning." This role focuses on the technical development and implementation of a cutting-edge gamified learning platform, incorporating front-end (mobile Flutter and React for web) and Node.js for backend, alongside research responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Design and Development: - Lead the design and development of the gamified learning platform using Flutter for mobile and React for web applications. - Implement robust backend solutions using Node.js. - Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI-driven personalized learning features.
2.  Research and Development Support: - Contribute to research activities related to system design and user experience. - Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the platform in educational settings.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance: - Conduct thorough testing of the platform to ensure functionality and user experience. - Implement best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
4.  Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with researchers, educators, and developers. - Communicate technical aspects to non-technical team members.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Strong experience in front-end development with React and mobile development with Flutter. - Proficiency in Node.js for backend development. - Experience in implementing AI-driven systems is highly desirable. - Good understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
