Job Summary

Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the Classification, Compensation, & Information System group. Generates data and reports in compliance with ad hoc requests. Maintains data queries for reporting. Reviews and updates security access for users. Communicates with customers to distribute information and process actions.

Responsibilities

The duties include, but not limited to:

Receives and reviews for accuracy and completeness all security access and data requests, and Chart of Accounts (COA) Maintenance forms.

Responsible for the development and the transfer of knowledge for queries and reports. Provides training to appointed/appropriate individuals as instructed by the HRIM Analyst. Responsible for the development of queries and/or reports as needed to comply with ad hoc requests for HR data.

Responsible for the processing of Chart of Accounts Maintenance forms to set up, inactivate, and update department information as needed.

Responsible for processing security access requests and communicating updates with the University System of Georgia (USG) Shared Services. Responsible for reviewing and processing Personnel Report Access to PeopleSoft Financial departmental files.

Provides backup to HRIM Analyst in reporting, security administration, and projects.

Establishes, reviews, and updates Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) as needed to document dally processes and procedures.

Communicates with customers as needed.

Compliance with Customer Service standards.

Completes additional duties, tasks, special projects as directed by HRIM Analyst All other duties as requested/assigned.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Associate degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years HR experience or High School diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization with a minimum of three years of HR experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in applicable field and one year of HR experience. Experience in OneUSG Connect. Experience extracting data generated from databases to be used un delivery of reports.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing.

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days- M/F

Pay Grade: 14

Salary: Minimum $17.40 - $20.44

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
