The Department of Management at Rider University seeks to hire two adjunct instructors to teach: 1) Introduction to labor relations (undergraduate level), and a 2) leadership class (undergraduate level) for the Spring ’24 semester. Both classes will meet in person on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 9:30pm starting January 25th, 2024.  

Position Requirements

Master’s degree in business administration, management, human resources, psychology, law, or a related degree. One or more years of demonstrated university teaching experience, either full-time or part-time, and demonstrated ability to teach a diverse student body. 

Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Doctoral degree in business administration, management, human resources, psychology, law, or a related field. Three or more years of demonstrated university teaching experience, either full-time or part-time.
