CPM is a department within the College of Continuing Education at the University of Oklahoma. We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.

  • Responsible for compiling, tracking and reporting on program wide staff production and attendance metrics. Calculating monthly Stack  Ranking and incentive program, sending weekly updates to people on their current status 
  • Partner with Workforce Analyst to identify needed data points and trend analysis. 
  • Collaborate and supplement recruiting function for Energy Assistance 
  • Support initial paperwork and administrative onboarding for new employees in collaboration with the training team. 
  • Liaison between temp agencies and program leadership on temp staff needing extra support. 
  • Design, administer and report on staff effectiveness surveys.
  • Review and ensure all time has been submitted with temp agencies 
  • Responsible for recommending operational enhancements.
 

Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND: 

  • 48 months of project management experience.

Equivalent; Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.

 

Skills:

  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Able to effectively evaluate projects; programs and produce comprehensive reports
  • Able to supervise staff and communicate directions and expectations effectively
  • Must be able to read and interpret policy as well as State and Federal regulations

Certifications:

  • None 

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for prolonged periods. Communicate effectively and listen. Manual dexterity. Use of a computer.
