--- ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the general supervision of the Director-RPC, this position is responsible for support to the Strategic Prevention Framework-Partnerships for Success within the Southwest Prevention Center.
DUTIES:
Perform administrative duties in support of substance use prevention projects as assigned.
Assist in the collection of data for reports and statistical research.
Compile statistical data in Excel spreadsheets.
Online outreach and promotion using social media under guidance from project staff.
Participate at community and campus meetings, health events, festivals or activities.
Job Requirements
--- QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School and/or some college work.
Bachelors degree preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Volunteer or paid experience in drug and alcohol prevention, public health, health field or social services
Ability and skills to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment with both members of the project and the department.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Must be able to complete a thorough employment and/or criminal history check. May be asked to work on evenings or weekends.
